*Our prices include legal fees, search costs, TitlePlus Title Insurance, execution certificates and other disbursements, as well as Law Society transaction levy (on a sale only).

* Our prices do not include HST, land transfer tax, taxcertificate or registration costs, which can vary.

*Please note we charge a premium for refinancing with a second tier lender.
